rViRAL:几种常见呼吸道病毒感染宿主应答的基因表达交互查询系统rViRAL:An Interactive Webserver for Gene Expression of Host Response to Common Respiratory Virus Infections

摘要(Abstract):
建立操作便捷、用户友好的在线系统可以实现对海量病毒感染宿主应答数据的深度挖掘,促进对病毒与宿主相互作用的深入了解。通过收录整合1 483份批量转录组和超30 000个细胞的单细胞转录组数据,以R语言为核心,整合多种先进生物信息工具,设计开发用户友好的在线平台rViRAL(Respiratory Virus Response interActive anaLysis)。在rViRAL上,研究人员通过用户友好的交互界面即可实现对感染后宿主应答的系列分析,包括:差异表达分析、诊断性能评价以及单细胞层面上的分子变化等。此外,rViRAL还提供跨多种常见呼吸道病毒感染类型,对感兴趣的基因进行泛感染比较分析的功能。借助rViRAL,生物学家可以无需任何计算编程技能就可以对感兴趣的基因进行假设探索与验证,这将极大地促进呼吸道病毒感染免疫的数据挖掘、科学讨论和治疗及诊断靶点的发现。
