猫麻疹病毒的病原学与致病性研究进展Research Progress on the Etiology and Pathogenicity of Feline Morbillivirus

摘要(Abstract):
猫麻疹病毒(Felinemorbillivirus,FeMV或FmoPV)是副黏病毒科(Paramyxoviridae)麻疹病毒属(Morbillivirus)中新发现的病毒,通常在患有泌尿系统疾病的家猫尿液中检出,且在世界范围内分布广泛,但FeMV和肾脏疾病之间的联系存在争议。此外,该病毒的组织嗜性、致病过程以及吸附入侵宿主细胞的机制也尚未明晰,但与同属的其他麻疹病毒具有一定共同特征,如信号淋巴细胞激活分子家族成员1(Signalling lymphocyte activation molecule family member 1, SLAMF1)可提高宿主细胞对FeMV的敏感性。本文从FeMV的发现出发,总结了FeMV病原学、流行病学以及致病特点,并归纳讨论了其与肾小管间质肾炎(Tubulointerstitial nephritis, TIN)的潜在联系,以期为深入揭示FeMV致病机制提供一定的参考。
